Product design

To enhance my branding skills, I challenged myself to establish my own tea brand. Since it was a practice project and there was no actual product, I designed the brand from product concept to visualization.

The product is made for tea drinkers who would like to discover more of the world. They are real culture tasters, but it's not possible for them to travel everywhere. Tea Traditions brings the cultural experience to people through teas. This experience makes tea moments special again.

Design for solutions

For this brand, I have designed a package that contains all the elements needed to experience the tea tradition of a country (in this case, Japan). This package includes all the preparation elements, instructions about the process and information about the culture.

When creating the brand strategy, I took into account the versatility of the brand. After all, it must look good both physically on the products and online on the website. This is mainly reflected in the logo combinations.

The tea moment should also be a moment of peace and relaxation, the brand should seamlessly connect with this feeling. That's why I chose for a calm, natural colour palette. The prototype of the box is also divided in a way the customer can prepare the tea organized and calm.

The font combination of the custom-made typeface and the calm Montserrat create a beautiful balance between authenticity and tranquility. The serif typeface has a traditional style with natural imperfections. This all ties back to the luxurious moment of peace where you can treat yourself.
